I. Payment Terms
Please note: Our offers are directed exclusively at business customers. All prices are quoted net plus applicable VAT.
Payment terms are agreed on an individual basis – depending on the product, delivery location, and type of transaction (direct sale, brokerage, consignment, etc.).

II. Shipping, Collection & Delivery Times
We broker many products directly from the warehouses of our partners or manufacturers – often located internationally. The exact shipping conditions therefore depend on the specific offer. Below is an overview:
Shipping
Shipping is usually organized by or on behalf of the buyer. We are happy to support you with logistics (e.g. packaging, freight forwarding, customs clearance) upon prior agreement.
Packaging
Packaging is generally handled by the respective warehouse operator or supplier. Please inform us if you have specific requirements (e.g. export packaging, palletizing, sea freight packaging).
Collection
Personal collection is only possible for certain products – either directly at the respective warehouse location or (in selected cases) by appointment at our office in Berlin-Mitte (ground floor, easy handover).
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary significantly depending on the product, location, packaging needs, and coordination with warehouse logistics or security services. Standard delivery times of 1–5 days are not to be expected. We will provide realistic time frames upon request or within the scope of each individual offer.
